Municipal Labor Attorney

Mead, Talerman & Costa, LLC, the Commonwealth’s fastest growing municipal law firm, seeks a lawyer with 2+ years’ experience representing clients in public sector labor and employment matters. Positions for more experienced lawyers are also sought. The candidate should have some experience in some of the following areas: collective bargaining, including negotiating, fact-finding, mediation, and arbitration; managing grievances, disciplinary matters and unfair labor practices; and providing representation in administrative and court proceedings. Additional experience in general municipal matters is a plus, but not required. Competitive commensurate with experience, compensation, bonuses, and benefits.
