The City of Boston Law Department is seeking an attorney with 5-7 years of civil litigation experience to represent the City of Boston and its individual employees in complex litigation in state and federal courts. The attorney will be responsible for all phases of litigation including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs; conducting all phases of discovery; court appearances; settlement negotiations; and conducting all phases of trial and appeals.
