The MWRA is seeking a Senior Counsel – Labor & Employment to handle legal matters in the areas of labor and employment law. The work includes legal counseling and analysis; and representation of the MWRA in litigation before state and federal courts, administrative proceedings, and grievance proceedings and arbitrations.
