West Group Law PLLC is looking to hire an associate with 0-3 years’ experience to join our team and work on both litigation and transactional matters. We represent municipalities and government agencies in public procurement, contracting, administration and litigation involving public infrastructure assets such as water and wastewater, solid waste, public buildings, transportation, and energy. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to be a self-starter, work independently, approach problem-solving with creativity and versatility, and have excellent communication and writing skills. Admission (or pending admission) to the Massachusetts, Rhode Island and/or New York bar is required. This position may be partially remote, and may be located in our Providence, RI office or our White Plains, NY office.
