The Deputy Director of Labor Relations for Boston Public Schools (BPS) will support the Director and Office of Labor Relations (OLR) as a thought partner, manager, and leader of OLR as part of the Boston Public Schools Office of Human Capital. The Deputy Director will, in the absence of the Director, lead OLR in order to effectuate excellent working relationships between management and labor while achieving the goals and mission of Boston Public Schools,

The Deputy Director of Labor Relations will consult with administration on labor related issues including union negotiations, arbitrations, grievances, corrective actions and documentation.
