This position, Assistant City Solicitor, is responsible for providing legal advice to the City of Chelsea, its officers, employees, boards, and commissions and representing them before Commonwealth and federal courts and administrative agencies. Fulfills adjudicatory roles delegated to the municipal hearing officer by state statute.
