President of the Massachusetts Moderators’ Association, Mark DiSalvo (Town Moderator of North Andover), will provide a brief overview of the process to revise Town Meeting Time. Two members of the Editorial Board, Carmin Reiss (Town Moderator of Concord) and John Fallon (former Town Moderator of Boxborough) will highlight the substantive changes between TMT3 and TMT4. Be amongst the first of your friends to learn what color the new TMT will be! Spoiler, you won’t be reaching for the dark blue book anymore.
