Judge Fein will discuss the use of receivership as both a code enforcement remedy, and a tool for transforming vacant distressed residential properties into affordable first-time homeownership opportunities.  The discussion will focus on cross-sector collaboration among municipal officials and lawyers, nonprofits, funders, and the courts.
