Our June monthly lunch and learn webinar will be held on Wednesday, June 10th at noon. Municipal officials have to balance competing interests and make judgment calls every day, all in the best interest of their communities. Courts have afforded these officials common law immunity to protect them from litigation and personal liability. This month's speaker is Sean Grammel of Anderson Kreiger. Sean was counsel on the recently decided Grafton & Upton Railroad Co. v. Burt case. Sean will discuss the takeaways from the Appeals Court’s decision, along with some other recent developments relevant to common law immunity.
